SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Invited, Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We can ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All packages are shipped from San Francisco.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, our team will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to the COVID-19 health pandemic, there may be delivery delays beyond our control.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you are sending the order to someone else, we recommend that you forward them the tracking information, too.

 

RETURNED PACKAGES

In rare occurrences, a package can be damaged in transit and returned to us. If that happens, we will reach out to you. We will issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you received your order damaged, please email us at info@invited.us and provide photo documentation. We will issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. If there is something missing or defective in the box, please let us know and we'd be glad to assist.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Within 24 hours of placing an order, we will cancel your order without charge. After 24 hours and prior to shipping, you can cancel your order and incur a restocking fee of $10. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
