What is Invited?

    Invited is an online party package company offering refreshment boxes for virtual gatherings. Refreshment boxes include a variety of artisanal food and beverage items curated specifically for your event. You can read more about our company here.

    What is the story behind Invited?

    Invited emerged from the COVID-19 crisis. During a time when people were isolated at home, we noticed a need for families and friends to connect with one socially even though they were physically distanced. Our goal is to provide a shared experience that allows people to interact with one another online beyond simply conversation.

    What is a virtual gathering?

    Think of a virtual gathering as a party in the comfort of your home. Guests come together online to play games, talk, eat, drink, and celebrate.

    What type of virtual gatherings can Invited accommodate?

    If you can imagine it, we can make it happen! We have refreshment boxes available for a variety of themes and types of gatherings, including picnics, barbecues, movie nights, birthdays, and more.

    I’d like to host a virtual gathering. What do I do next?

    After you decide your theme and have your guest list ready, select your refreshment box, and we’ll mail them to your guests.

    What do my guests need to do?

    All your guests need is a device with an Internet connection and their refreshment box handy.

    What type of food is included in the refreshment boxes?

    We offer an amazing selection of high quality, healthy, and sustainable food choices selected based upon the theme of your virtual gathering.

    Do you have healthy options?

    Like many of our clients, we like gourmet, organic, non-GMO and sustainable foods, so we offer a wide selection of these items.

    What about allergies?

    Let us know if any of your guests have allergies and we would be happy to accommodate their needs. We have options for nut-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.

    Beverage Information

    What types of beverages are included in the refreshment boxes?

    Our beverages include the ingredients you need for a specific drink so you can add your own alcohol and create a craft cocktail or mocktail at home.

    What's included in my cocktail kit?

    Our cocktail kits include premium ingredients like bitters, mixers, syrups, garnishes and more so you have everything you need to make an exceptional drink, except the alcohol.

    Why is there no alcohol?

    We serve children and adults and we want everyone to have a fantastic experience. In addition, if we ship alcohol, someone over 21 years old would need to sign the package and this could result in delays and more complicated delivery. Another bonus: Since you most likely have your favorite alcohol at home, there is no need to pay for additional alcohol and shipping costs.

    How many drinks can I make in one kit?

    Our Crafted Cocktail Series makes 4-48 servings. Our Crafted Mocktail Series makes 2-12 servings. Individual product pages include how many servings are in each kit.

    Who created the cocktail recipes?

    Our cocktail recipes are created by professional bartenders and mixologists whose passion is creating exciting cocktails by using quality ingredients in interesting ways.

    Does the cocktail kit need to be refrigerated?

    We recommend refrigerating the syrups and fresh fruits in the cocktail kits if you are not using them right away. The sooner you mix your drinks, the fresher they will be.

    Are there instructions on how to make the cocktails?

    Our cocktail recipe cards are available online. Since we try our best to be environmentally conscious, we don’t print physical cards.

    Do I need any experience in making cocktails?

    No. Our step-by-step instructions make it easy for you to make a delightful drink at home.

    Order Status

    How far in advance do I need to place an order?

    We recommend that you place an order at least one week before your event as shipping time varies depending on your location.

    How can I track my package?

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you are sending the order to someone else, we recommend that you forward them the tracking information, too.

    Shipping Information

    Where do you ship to?

    We can ship anywhere in the United States.

    What shipping options are offered?

    We ship with USPS priority service. Shipping cost is calculated separately for each order.

    Can I expect any shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

    It is possible. Due to the health pandemic, there may be delivery delays beyond our control. Please be patient and understanding.

    Does an adult need to sign the package?

    Our packages don't require adult signature during delivery. In fact, nobody needs to be there when your package is delivered.

    When will my order arrive?

    After you place an order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. After processing, shipping takes another 1-3 business days depending on your location. All packages are shipped from San Francisco.

    Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    At this time, we can only ship to one address for every order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.

    Can I set the same delivery date for multiple orders with different addresses?

    If you are shipping to multiple addresses and would like the recipients to receive the packages by a specific date, please let us know in an email and we'll do our best to assist.

    What if my package is returned?

    In rare occurrences, a package can be damaged in transit and returned to us. If that happens, we will reach out to you. We will issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

    What if items were damaged during shipping?

    Please email us at and provide photo documentation. We will issue you a refund or send you a replacement.

    Can I delay the shipping date?

    Yes, we are happy to hold your shipment. You can do this at checkout or by emailing us when you place your order.

    Returns and Cancellation

    What is your return policy?

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. If there is something missing or defective in the box, please let us know and we'd be glad to assist.

    How can I cancel an order?

    Within 24 hours of placing an order, we will cancel your order without charge. After 24 hours and prior to shipping, you can cancel your order and incur a restocking fee of $10. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

    How do you protect my account information?

    Our website is secure and we do not store your payment information for future use. We never sell customer information to third parties.

      • Our cocktail kits contain only the ingredients you need to reduce food waste
