A splash of the finest olive brine rounds out the flavor to true perfection. It’s tangy, salty, briny, and complex. Why stop at dirty when you could have your martini filthy?
2 OZ (4 TBSP) VODKA OR GIN
0.5 OZ (1 TBSP) DRY VERMOUTH*
0.25 OZ (0.5 TBSP) MARTINI MIX
1 DASH AROMATIC BITTER
Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
In one mixing glass, combine the alcohol and vermouth.
Add some ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds.
Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Add a dash of aromatic bitter.
For garnish, skewer an olive on a cocktail pick or simply drop it in the glass.
